Shipping and Returns
We are happy to exchange or refund goods if you are not entirely satisfied. Please return your item(s) with proof of purchase, in perfect condition with the items original tags and packaging within 14 days and we will refund or replace the goods. Refunds will be completed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. We cannot accept returns of used or incorrectly packaged items and you are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us. We therefore strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of you order. We regret that delivery charges are non refundable, however in the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty or damaged, please inform us immediately so that we can replace or repair them in accordance with your statutory rights. In such cases, we can refund the costs of postage.

Orders will be processed within 1 working day (not Saturday or Sunday) of the order being placed. During busy sale periods dispatch can take up to 3 working days, however is usually made within 1 - 2 working days after ordering. Delivery time once dispatched is approximately as follows:

Our shipping rates will be highlighted in your order. Once leaving the E.U., you will be solely responsible for any additional customs, tax or duty charges.
