Returns Policy
We are happy to exchange or refund goods if you are not entirely satisfied. Please return your item(s) with proof of purchase, in perfect condition with the item's original tags and packaging within 28 days and we will refund or replace the goods. Refunds will be completed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. We cannot accept returns of used or incorrectly packaged items and you are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us. We therefore strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of you order. We regret that delivery charges are non refundable, however in the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty or damaged, please inform us immediately so that we can replace or repair them in accordance with your statutory rights. In such cases, we can refund the costs of postage.

All orders are carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure they reach you in a perfect condition.
Orders will be processed within 1 working day (not Saturday, Sunday or UK Bank Holiday) of the order being placed. During busy sale periods dispatch can take up to 2 working days, however is usually made within 1 working day after ordering.
