All orders are lovingly wrapped and packaged to ensure they reach you in a perfect condition. Orders are usually processed within 1 working day (not Saturday, Sunday or UK Bank Holiday) of the order being placed. During busy sale periods dispatch can take up to 2 working days.

Import Duties & Taxes:

UK:

There are no import duty or taxes applied for UK delivered orders.

USA, Canada:

International orders to the USA and Canada are now DDP (prices quoted at checkout include all duties and taxes, so there are no hidden costs upon delivery). These amounts are defined by your local customs authority.

Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates:

International orders to these countries are now DDP (prices quoted at checkout include all duties and taxes, so there are no hidden costs upon delivery). These amounts are defined by your local customs authority.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden:

China, Hong Kong, Japan, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea & Taiwan:

Australia / New Zealand:

International orders to Australia and New Zealand are now DDP (prices quoted at checkout include all duties and taxes, so there are no hidden costs upon delivery). These amounts are defined by your local customs authority.

Rest of the World:

International orders to destinations not listed above are shipped DDU/DAP. Once leaving the UK, you will be solely responsible for any additional customs, tax or duty charges requested by the carrier upon delivery. Order shipping and return shipping costs for rejected deliveries will not be refunded.

Returns

We are happy to exchange or refund goods if you are not entirely satisfied. Please return your item(s) with proof of purchase, in perfect condition with the item's original tags and packaging within 28 days and we will refund or replace the goods.

Refunds will be completed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Any duties or taxes paid to receive your order will not be refunded.

We cannot accept returns of used or incorrectly packaged items. You must pay and arrange for your return and are responsible for all returned goods until they reach us. Order shipping, return shipping, taxes and duties for rejected deliveries will not be refunded.

We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of your order. All shipping charges are non-refundable, however in the unlikely event that goods arrive with you faulty or damaged, please inform us immediately so that we can replace or repair them in accordance with your statutory rights. In such cases, we can refund the costs of postage.
