Delivery & Shipping

All orders are carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure they reach you in a perfect condition.

Orders will be processed within 1 working day (not Saturday, Sunday or UK Bank Holiday) of the order being placed. During busy sale periods dispatch can take up to 2 working days. International orders are shipped DDU. Once leaving the UK, you will be solely responsible for any additional customs, tax or duty charges requested by the carrier upon delivery. Return costs for rejected deliveries will not be refunded. Delivery time once dispatched is approximately as follows:

Returns

We are happy to exchange or refund goods if you are not entirely satisfied. Please return your item(s) with proof of purchase, in perfect condition with the item's original tags and packaging within 28 days and we will refund or replace the goods. Refunds will be completed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. We cannot accept returns of used or incorrectly packaged items. You must pay and arrange for your return and are responsible for all returned goods until they reach us. Return costs for rejected deliveries will not be refunded. We therefore strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of your order. All shipping charges are non-refundable, however in the unlikely event that goods arrive with you faulty or damaged, please inform us immediately so that we can replace or repair them in accordance with your statutory rights. In such cases, we can refund the costs of postage.
