Making an Order
When purchasing items from hucklebones.co.uk you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email acknowledging the exact details of your order. Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, this is the completion of the contract between yourself and Hucklebones Ltd.
Returns Policy
We are happy to exchange or refund goods if you are not entirely satisfied. We regret that delivery charges are non refundable. Please return item with proof of purchase, in perfect condition within 14 days and we will refund or replace the goods. We cannot accept returns of used or incorrectly packaged items. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our address. We therefore strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of you order. In the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty or damaged, please inform us immediately so that we can replace or repair them in accordance with your statutory rights. In such cases, we can refund the costs of postage.
Delivery & Shipping
Orders will be processed within 1 working day of it being placed. Delivery time once despatched is approximately as follows: UK - 2 days, EU - 3/4 days, Rest of the World - 4/6 days. Our shipping rates will be highlighted in your order. Once leaving the EU, you will be solely responsible for any additional customs, tax or duty charges. Please be aware these may cause a delay to your delivery. Full payment will be required before the order is dispatched. We are not responsible for delays caused by unattainable authorisation from credit card companies or banks.
